The Governance Platform (TGP) is an online community of professionals, institutions, members of the academia, and all who are interested in regularly elevating the quality of discourse on governance issues and deepening the conversation around governance in emerging markets.

TGP is designed to promote independent multi-disciplinary discourse, debate, and learning and to encourage leadership and organisational development for leaders and companies worldwide. It is intended to provide a forum for professionals to connect and work together to address critical governance issues and foster sustainable competitive advantage for corporates.

Driven by a passion to enhance corporate sustainability, TGP seeks to provide a forum for the expression of different views, regular discussions, and intellectual exchange on governance issues, ESG/Sustainability issues, international best practices in corporate governance, analysis of corporate scandals and governance failures, case law reviews, and other governance-related issues.

Contributions are aimed at analysing and proffering insights on the dynamics and drivers of corporate governance from a global perspective and understanding the phenomenon of governance practices in an evolving business landscape, its challenges, and opportunities for corporations. Governance trends, discussions and recommendations on effective governance principles, tools, and models to guide corporate decision-making are at the crux of the forum.
